Freshfields advises on high yield bond and loan refinancing by Profine Group

Freshfields advised J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and BNP Paribas as initial purchasers in connection with HT Troplast GmbH’s offering of €430 million 7.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2031 (the “Offering”) and as lead arrangers in connection with its €85 million super senior revolving credit facility (the “RCF”).

HT Troplast GmbH is the parent company of profine GmbH, a leading German producer of energy efficient, premium quality PVC profile systems for windows and doors, including a wide range of accessories, traded goods, related services, and semi-finished products, currently transforming into a full solution provider for the fenestration industry.

For the Offering, the Freshfields team was led by partner Simone Bono, who was supported by counsel Shruti Dusaj and associates Ahmed Yacout and Julius Stecher in London.
