Freshfields advises Mubadala Capital on the debt financing for its proposed acquisition of Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs

Global law firm Freshfields is advising Mubadala Capital on the debt financing aspects of its proposed acquisition of all outstanding securities of Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs (PVCP) through a voluntary cash tender offer.

The proposed transaction follows Mubadala Capital's submission of a binding offer, which has been unanimously welcomed by the PVCP board of directors.  Filing of the Offer is expected to occur at the latest in the first quarter of 2027 subject to, and following, satisfaction of certain customary conditions.

The Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group is the European leader in reinvented local tourism. With its four tourism brands (Pierre & Vacances, Center Parcs, maeva&co and Adagio), the Group operates a portfolio of more than 45,000 apartments, houses and villas located across 330 sites in Europe.

Mubadala Capital is a global alternative asset management platform that manages, advises and administers for clients and limited partners over $600 billion in assets through its asset managers and strategic partnerships.
