Freshfields advises ABB on recommended £4.1 billion cash offer for Rotork

Global law firm Freshfields LLP (‘Freshfields’) is advising ABB Ltd (‘ABB’), a global technology leader in electrification and automation, on its recommended cash offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Rotork plc (‘Rotork’). The offer values Rotork at approximately £4.1 billion.

Rotork is a market-leading global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions.
