Freshfields Advises Norlantic Capital in a Strategic Growth Investment in Stephano Slack

Global law firm Freshfields is advising Norlantic Capital as a co-investor in a strategic growth investment in Stephano Slack, an accounting and advisory firm, alongside funds managed by Madison Dearborn Partners. Following the close of the transaction, Stephano Slack will operate in an alternative practice structure where Stephano Slack, LLC will provide attest services and Stephano Slack Advisory, LLC will provide tax, business advisory and other non-attest services. 

The Freshfields team is led by Partner Eva Y. Mak and includes Associate Callum Riseley. Partner Ivet Bell and Associate Zade Mutwalli are advising on funds matters; and Partner Jay Cosel is advising on tax matters.
