About

Pauline is an associate in Freshfields' IP/commercial team in Singapore, advising clients on business-critical intellectual property, technology and data transactions. She is committed to helping clients realise their technological and business innovations through practical, commercially focused advice.

She is particularly active in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), life sciences, consumer, financial services and industrial technology sectors, supporting clients on complex commercial arrangements. These include the development, protection, licensing and commercialisation of IP, technology and data; joint ventures and collaborations; pharmaceutical research, development and commercialisation agreements; and outsourcing and technology procurement and implementation. Pauline also works closely with our M&A teams on the technology, data and IP aspects of corporate transactions.

Before focusing on transactional work, Pauline worked on antitrust and internal investigations for large technology and pharmaceutical companies. She has also practised in New York and Shanghai, before moving to Singapore.
