Gurpreet Singh

Gurpreet Singh is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice, based in New York, focusing on securities and shareholder litigation and commercial litigation. He represents and advises corporations, boards of directors, and financial institutions in a broad array of contexts, including in proceedings before federal and state courts, special litigation committee and internal investigations, cross-border bankruptcy clawback proceedings, and litigation due diligence for corporate transactions.

Gurpreet works with clients across the technology, automotive, and financial services sectors. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on human rights and immigration matters.
