John is a Principal Associate and member of our Global M&A and Capital practice.
He advises companies, investors and banks on equity and debt capital markets transactions as well as on capital markets compliance and general corporate matters.
Handelsblatt Best Lawyers lists him among the “Ones to Watch” 2024, 2025 and 2026 for capital markets law in Germany.
John is based in Frankfurt and was seconded to our New York office in 2025. He speaks German and English.
