About

Andrea Scarpetta is an associate based in the Milan Office.

Andrea focuses his practice on administrative law, advising Italian and international clients on environmental law, building regulations, zoning and town planning, and licences and authorisations. He has experience across a range of regulated sectors, including transport, infrastructure and real estate. Andrea regularly deals with proceedings before the Administrative Courts and has experience in accounting, financial and administrative liability cases before the Court of Auditors (Corte dei Conti).

Alongside his administrative law practice, Andrea brings substantial experience in civil and commercial matters, with experience in the context of commercial and financial litigation, which include derivatives and contractual disputes between companies and he also developed experience in shareholder disputes.
