Eleanor specialises in acting for private equity sponsors and financial investors on leveraged finance acquisitions and refinancings. She has also advised on general corporate financings and restructurings.

- Advising a group of RCF lenders in relation to the €24bn refinancing transaction implemented at the level of Altice France and Altice France Holding.
- Advising TalkTalk, a telecoms and broadband provider, on a number of financings, including their recent restructuring.
- Advising Schön Klinik SE on a €865m refinancing transaction, consisting of a term loan B upsize and RCF financing and on a subsequent increase and adjustment of terms of the existing Term Loan B to €935m.
- Advising a sovereign wealth fund on the financing for its acquisition of a technology company specialising in digital acceleration and transformation solutions.
