With more than 10 years of experience, Carlos regularly acts for global banks, investment funds, life sciences companies, and US tech giants in a wide range of complex and cross-border disputes before the Spanish civil and administrative courts. His practice focuses on M&A and shareholder conflicts, unfair competition, capital markets, banking and financial disputes, consumer and data protection, antitrust damages, and product liability matters.
He also has extensive experience in commercial arbitration across a variety of sectors, as well as in arbitration-related court proceedings, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Spain and other jurisdictions.
Carlos is admitted to practice in Spain and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
