About
Alysa is an associate specialising in banking and finance law in our Frankfurt office and a member of our global M&A and capital markets transactions team.
She advises clients – including airlines and lessors – on a wide range of cross-border asset finance and leasing transactions, with a particular focus on the aviation sector. Alysa has been seconded previously to the Freshfields office in London. She is fluent in German and English and is admitted to practice as a Rechtsanwältin (Germany).
