Global law firm Freshfields advises Danish B2B software investor GRO Capital on the sale of iPoint-systems. Purchaser is Assent Inc., a portfolio company of Vista Equity.

iPoint-systems develops and distributes enterprise software that helps global companies track and manage product sustainability, material compliance, and supply chain transparency.
